Almighty Assets is Getting Ready for 2026
As we move into 2026, I've taken some time to give the Almighty Assets website a complete visual refresh. While the products, downloads, and content remain the same, the website itself has been rebuilt with a new design that better reflects where the project is heading.
The previous version of the site served its purpose well for many years, but it was beginning to show its age. As a developer, teacher and asset creator for games, I manage several websites and projects, each with their own unique layouts and structures. Maintaining them all has become increasingly difficult, so one of my goals for 2026 is to bring them closer together under a shared foundation.
By standardizing the underlying structure and overall design philosophy across my various websites, it becomes much easier to maintain content, roll out improvements, and keep everything up to date. The new Almighty Assets website is one of the first steps toward that goal.
A More Modern Experience
Beyond maintainability, I also wanted the site to feel more modern and better suited to game developers. Almighty Assets has always focused on providing practical, game-ready low-poly assets, and I wanted the website to better represent that professional and development-focused approach.
Navigation has been reorganized to make browsing simpler and more intuitive. The old side-navigation system has been replaced with a cleaner top navigation menu, making it easier to move between sections of the website. The Asset Library has also been reorganized into clearer categories, helping visitors find products more quickly.
Mobile usability was another important consideration during the redesign. More developers are browsing websites from tablets and mobile devices than ever before, and the new layout adapts much more effectively to different screen sizes while remaining easy to navigate.
Looking Ahead
While this redesign doesn't introduce any new products on its own, it lays the groundwork for future updates. With a cleaner structure, improved organization, and a more flexible design, the website is now better prepared for upcoming asset releases, product updates, and new content throughout 2026.
This is only the beginning. More announcements, asset updates, and new additions are already being planned, and this new Announcements section will be the place to follow along as Almighty Assets continues to grow.
